REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refund & Return Policy:

If we have sent you the wrong item or wrong size please let us know immediately.

We will ask for photos of the received order and discuss with you how to return your items to us.

If your item has arrived damaged, please snap photos and contact us immediately as we will take this up with the courier on your behalf.

Items being returned due to our error, MUST BE in original packaging, UN WORN and clean. We will not accept worn, or dirty items.

Do not post items back to us until you have received a response from us, as these will not be processed without a return/refund approval.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong size, Please check the SIZE GUIDE prior to ordering.

In addition we will not accept return/refund of items brought as gifts because they are ‘bad taste’ please gift responsibly.

 

ORDERING THE WRONG SIZE!

We understand that sometimes we accidentally buy items in the wrong size, and its the worst!

However we print all items to Order as we don’t have to space to store a stack of pre pressed items!

Please suss out the SIZE GUIDE and double check our measurements to your fave threads as we do not do returns/exchanges on incorrect sized orders.

YOU SENT THE WRONG THING/SIZE!

We are a two person team and we recognise that mistakes can happen.

If we have sent you the wrong items by mistake, don’t stress. Take a deep breath, and snap some shots. Send them thru to us and we can organise an exchange/refund.

Goods will need to be returned to us within 7 days, with all original packaging, unworn (this is pretty important)

Please do not post items to us without first contacting us as we will not issue refunds unless you have met the requirements of the return/exchange policy.

CUSTOM ORDERS NOT RIGHT!

We endeavour to ensure that custom orders meet expectations. When ordering we will send you an order form to fill out and detail where you want the placement of your design. We take a deposit at this stage to cover the time spent designing and redesigning if need be, this will also cover the cost of the first tee print. This is a minimal deposit and is PARTLY REFUNDABLE. If you cancel at this stage, you will receive the portion of the tee printing fee, but forfeit the design time portion.

From there we will send you a mock design giving you a visual of your order prior to any printing. Once you have given full approval, your deposit becomes NON REFUNDABLE.

When we hit the print stage, we will print one shirt and send you the physical product shot to confirm that you wish to go ahead with the rest of the order. This is where we send you final payment request to cover all printed tees and shipping costs if applicable.
