**ONGOING… Due to the great Global Panini (aka COVID19 Pandemic) we are STILL experiencing some delays in shipping times.
We are working hard to get orders out as soon as humanly possible (please remember we are a small 2 person team).
We cut and hand press all of our items on order, so please allow all orders upwards of 2-5 business days for prepping, packaging and posting but we will get a tracking number to you ASAP!
Shipping may vary between 5-10 business days for arrival. See Aus Post for current delays. We post out of Adelaide SA.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside AUS)
Please see payment page for shipping calculations. We are currently using International Economy via Aus Post and may take 10+ business days

where is my order?
All orders shipped via Australia Post will receive their tracking number once the package has been lodged at the post office.
We also monitor all tracking numbers to ensure that your package arrives with you.
Packages are not required to be signed for and your post mate might decide to leave it somewhere safe.
My package is broken/missing!
If your order does not arrive on the day it should be delivered, please contact us ASAP.
All parcels contain a basic insurance to cover damaged goods. We will need photos to back us.
This can be claimed at any Aus Post Post office, or contact us for help and we can manage the claim on your behalf.
why so many for international shipping?
We are currently at the mercy of the Australia Post International Economy AIR MAIL… whilst we are working to find new ways to get your stuff to you both quicker and cheaper we are just happy to be finally able to open up to international post!
